A series of inclusive-led dance improvisation classes for a mixed ability community. If

you love moving for no purpose just the joy – that’s enough reason to join. Come as you

are, no experience necessary.

What you can expect:

We create a cosy space together from which we connect to ourselves, the space and

one another through improvisation and structured creative tasks.

We are an inclusive teaching team with more than 30 years experience in integrated

dance.

The classes will have a similar structure throughout the week, and will develop what is

emerging in the room each day. You can join one or all. Maximum 14 people, 7 places

Disabled participants  (wheelchair users are welcome) and 7 for non-disabled participants. 

The class supports us all to build confidence, to challenge assumptions, to have fun

and to discover how dance makes all kinds of sense.
